Open Season 4WD’s top contender will be missing this round after electronic gremlins cropped up over the past week. Their preparation team has been hard at work trying to solve it but to no avail as with less than 24 hours to go.
“It’s been a an endless stream of frustration for my team and me as we’ve been trying to solve it since the first MegaLAP in February” says Owner Driver Ken Yap of Team Evonne. ” We’ll be targeting Pasir Gudang to set the track times ablaze once this issue is solved”
Gary Lee, Team Evonne’s PR Manager added “As usual when trying new things with R&D there are hit’s and misses. The new components didn’t work this time, but rest assured in Pasir Gudang the other Open Season 4WD contenders will be on our radar”
Well we hope to see them this October 7th then.
